CONSTRUCT ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

2. Local-First Architecture

CONSTRUCT is built with a local-first architecture. Your project data, designs, code, and files are stored locally on your device using IndexedDB and local file storage. We do not automatically upload your work to the cloud. You have full control over what data is synced.

3. Information We Collect

Account Information: Email address, name, and password for authentication. Subscription Information: Payment processed through Stripe. We store subscription status and license keys but not full payment details. Usage Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics to improve the product. You can opt out in settings.

4. AI Features

When you use AI features, relevant context is sent to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate responses. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these providers. AI conversations may be temporarily stored for quality improvement.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; process subscriptions; send important updates; improve the product; provide customer support; and comply with legal obligations.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: service providers (Stripe for payments, AI providers for AI features); legal authorities when required by law; and in connection with business transfers.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit and encryption at rest for sensitive information.

You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and data; export your data; opt out of analytics; and withdraw consent for optional data processing.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent and can be disabled in settings.

CONSTRUCT is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
